My car was getting work done at the local Mazda dealership and unfortunately a customer hit my car in the parking lot. Mazda recommended working with Proline and they handled the work quickly and made sure I got in my rental ASAP!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very overdue review:  Amazing from the start, super friendly front desk staff.  Super clean office and facilities.

I had a scratch on the driver front wheel trim, as well a a slight scruff on the front bumper.  I had taken my car to 4 different places for a quote, 3 of which charged within the $1200-$1800 range.  Most of which were concerned with the extra work to remove the scuff from my front bumper (which was very minor) as they were worried about sensors and re-calibrating.  As well as having to leave it in their shops for roughly 4-7 days.

However, when I took it to Proline, Marco inspected my car said that the scuffs on the front bumper could easily be buffed out.  He called one of the technicians and right there he buffed out the scuffs.  The remaining work on the wheel trim he said would be a quick job, they would remove the trim, I could drive the car and use it without having to leave it in the shop.  Once the work was done on the trim I could come back and they would remount the trim.  No brainer, the following day I brought the car in and worked with Ronald from this point on.  They also rushed the job for me as I was leaving town with the car.  The job took less than 24hrs, and I had the use of my car while they worked on the trim piece.  They charged me under $800 for the work when every other car shop charged more and NOT ONCE did any of the other shops offer to buff out the front bumper.

Proline Auto Body is super HONEST, they don't UPCHARGE you when they can find a fix for things they can do easily.  I will definately be coming back if I need body work in the future.  The staff I interacted with, front desk, Marco and Ronald are amazing!!!

I had Tesla front end damage and they were very thorough in helping me repair whatever needed repairs back to factory specs. Pricing was good. I recommend at least bringing your car there to see for yourself to compare servicing.
